Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Ampovo purchase. Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be approved before the item is sent back.

How to request a return

Email support@shopampovo.com with your order number and reason for the return. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return authorization, the appropriate return address, and return instructions. Do not send an item back without approval.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

Ampovo products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact support@shopampovo.com with your order details for warranty assistance.
